Forged Solutions Group, in the United Kingdom, is seeking an inspector to ensure product conformity with the Method of Manufacture (MoM) and customer specifications.

You will perform manual, Faro arm and visual inspections, calibrate test equipment, and record results on standard templates to support traceability and quality control.

The role emphasises attention to detail, teamwork, and proactive involvement in process improvements and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as an inspector within a similar industry.
• Computer literate.

Responsabilités

• Inspect product in line with MoM to ensure conformity.
• Perform manual, Faro arm and visual inspection checks as necessary.
• Ensure test equipment (manual, CMM and Faro arm) is calibrated.
• Record results on standard template for traceability and review as necessary.
• Ensure all product is serialised to aid traceability of parts.
• Perform Statistical Process Control analysis as required.
• Highlight any non-conformances to Quality Department and contribute to quality improvements.
• Participate in shift handovers to maintain KPI performance.
• Work with all departments to ensure product/process quality is high.
