Responsibilities

• Assemble cable units in line with customer specifications and internal build standards
• Read and interpret technical drawings and build instructions
• Carry out soldering and crimping to a high standard
• Maintain high levels of quality and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards
• Work efficiently to meet production deadlines and delivery targets
• Use measuring tools accurately to ensure precision
• Follow company procedures, health & safety regulations, and environmental standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team objectives
