We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join our forward-thinking team, contributing to the transition to a greener future while accelerating your career in the renewable energy sector.
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll take ownership of driving new commercial sales of our renewable products across the UK. Working from company-provided leads, you’ll qualify opportunities, engage with key stakeholders, and build a strong, active sales pipeline. You’ll collaborate closely with our Business Development Directors, ensuring they receive well-prepared opportunities that can be converted into successful deals and happy clients.
You’ll be central to our growth, driving revenue, building strong sales pipelines, making standout first impressions, and using your energy and passion to inspire potential clients as we work toward a more sustainable future.
We’re looking for someone with some B2B solar experience, even a small amount, who’s excited to grow their career. You’ll excel at identifying proceedable leads, researching potential customers, leveraging referrals, and building strong, trusted relationships. As a proactive and motivated self-starter, you’ll be driven by results, and will always be looking for ways to improve, grow and develop.

Our head office is in Chippenham, Wiltshire, with additional offices and warehouses in Lincoln, Ringwood (Hampshire), and Kent. For this role, we’re looking for candidates to be based in our Ringwood office. For this role you're required to work from our office (4 days week), with flexibility to work from home the rest of the time. We offer both formal and informal flexible working options. Full‑time hours are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday.
