The trainee is supported throughout the training period, and with support, will learn to complete a range of tasks within timescales to a competent standard. You will undertake and complete an apprenticeship to obtain a Certificate of Higher Education in Pharmacy Technician Practice. This will involve working with an assessor to develop a work‑based portfolio; undertaking work‑based assessments, and completing assignments.

Applications for this role should be written by the applicant. If artificial intelligence (AI) programmes are used then the application may be rejected due to this document being an important part of the assessment process. This does not prevent applicants seeking appropriate support with applications should they need to for the purposes of any declared disability.
Your apprenticeship training will be with University of East Anglia. The apprenticeship is a fixed‑term 24‑month programme and you will be employed through East Kent Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust for the duration of the apprenticeship.
