A leading health service provider in Doncaster is offering a two-year Level 3 Pharmacy Technician Apprenticeship. Candidates will gain hands-on experience in various pharmacy areas and receive support for GPhC registration after training. Minimum requirement includes 4 GCSEs at Grade C or above. This role emphasizes teamwork, organization, and meeting deadlines. Competitive salary range from £27,485 to £30,162 per year.
Doncaster & Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS FT invites applications for a two-year Level 3 Pharmacy Technician Apprenticeship. Gain hands-on experience in Dispensary, Ward, and Aseptic areas through structured rotations. On completion, well support your GPhC registration. You must be organised, meet deadlines, and work well both independently and in a team. A rotation plan across both sites will guide your training. The closing date is 23 October 2025.
Minimum entry: 4 GCSEs at Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent), including English, Maths, and Science. Full training provided in safe, effective patient care while dispensing (including automated systems), medicines reconciliation, ward work, and aseptic preparation.
Training includes 3.5 days on-the-job and 1.5 days off-the-job for distance learning. You will also complete the Level 3 Diploma in Principles and Practice for Pharmacy Technicians.
