Rubicon Recruitment Agency is seeking a Pre-production Engineer in Christchurch who will act as the technical bridge between customer drawings and the shop floor, shaping projects before production. The role demands accuracy and process discipline.

You will prepare cost estimates, plan manufacturing processes, and liaise with customers and suppliers to clarify requirements and lead times. The position offers a 39-hour week, on-site parking, a generous holiday allowance, and an enhanced pension.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant engineering qualification or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, specifications and BOMs.
• Experience preparing cost estimates or quotations in a manufacturing environment.
• Good numerical and analytical skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Experience with CNC machining, fabrication or welding processes (desirable).

Aufgaben

• Liaise directly with customers to clarify technical, specification and delivery requirements.

Pre-production Engineer | Christchurch | up to £50,000

You'll be the technical bridge between customer drawings and the shop floor, shaping every project before it reaches production.
