Role

We are recruiting a Personal Injury Fee Earner based in Liverpool, within the pre‑litigation personal injury team.

Responsibilities

• Progress caseload to ensure clients receive appropriate, professional legal advice in a timely manner, managing expectations.
• Manage own caseload.
• Work to deadlines/targets, prioritise varied caseload.

About You

• Manage own caseload of personal injury cases.
• Experience within personal injury.
• Target‑driven while maintaining exceptional client care.
• Confident when working to targets.
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving and negotiation skills.
• Provide high level of client care.
• Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team, using initiative.
