You will advise on merits of personal injury and credit hire matters, provide timely client updates, and aim to meet set targets while applying CPR knowledge across case handling.

We’re recruiting an experienced Pre‑Litigation Legal Assistant to join our Court team in Liverpool. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent client service and achieving strong results.

In this role, you’ll manage a mixed caseload of injury and non‑injury claims, reviewing and progressing files to assess settlement prospects or readiness for issue. You’ll advise on the merits of personal injury and credit hire matters, provide clear updates to clients and work towards set targets.

This position is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules, and while credit hire experience is desirable, it isn’t essential. If you’re driven, ambitious and looking for a stimulating role where you can continue to grow, we’d love to hear from you.
