This role requires an HNC/HND or equivalent in a construction-related discipline, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Project. Wernick Modular Hire is seeking a dedicated Pre‑Construction Project Manager to lead and manage pre‑construction activities from order won stage to construction phase, with the key objective of delivering projects on time, to high quality and within budget while managing risk and maximising profitability.
The Pre‑Construction Project Manager will take responsibility and ownership of multiple projects from order won stage to construction phase, leading and working collaboratively with the Technical Service Manager and all other departments to set out and achieve completion of all the project deliverables on time and to a high standard while managing both commercial and operational risks.
