They’re now looking for a hands-on Pre-Construction Manager with strong D&B fit out experience to lead and mentor a team, while remaining actively involved in projects.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading client briefings alongside project directors and designers
• Reviewing tender documents and setting key design milestones
• Managing budgets throughout the tender process
• Producing cost plans, pre-construction programmes and tender submissions
• Collaborating closely with M&E teams and project managers
• Chairing cost reviews and presenting risks/opportunities to clients
• Supporting smooth handovers to the delivery team
