Our Pre-Construction Managers are a valuable part of our business, leading the way to provide leadership on new opportunities & tenders in accordance with the SES Bid Strategy and governance.

SES Engineering Services are looking for a Pre-Construction Manager to join our Yorkshire team supporting the North region to deliver SES Engineering Services Pre-Construction Strategy on high profile, technically complex projects across multiple sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Produce, own and implement individual project bid strategies and regional customer plans.
  • Take responsibility for engaging with functional leads and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to agree bid teams, monitoring and adapting to suit specific tender requirements throughout the bid period.
  • Ensure that all members of the project bid team have a clear understanding of their role and required outputs.
  • Ensure all bids are carried out and settled in accordance with SES governance.
