Pre Construction Manager

An award‑winning fit out and design consultancy are now looking for a hands‑on Pre Construction Manager – all based in the West London office. Hybrid is offered.

A fast‑track CAT A & B fit out contractor is looking for a Pre Construction Manager who can network, sell the company’s services, and win business.

The Pre Construction Manager should bring winning experience with CAT A & B fit out contracts between £500k and £3m.

The successful Pre Construction Manager will join a highly respected fit out team, made up of over 75 people, who operate efficiently and to high standards.

The Pre Construction Manager Role

The Pre Construction Manager will specifically work on office fit outs, located across all of London, supporting key clients within the F & B, tech and retail world.

A key eye for detail will be required, with projects ranging between £500k and £3M.
