What You'll Do
  • Oversee all pre‑construction activities, ensuring projects are profitable, de‑risked, and ready for success.
  • Manage planning, estimating, and project readiness in line with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).
  • Build strong relationships with clients, design teams, and supply chain partners.
  • Ensure smooth handovers to construction teams for effective delivery.
What We're Looking For
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes and various forms of contract.
  • Strong understanding of SHE legislation, design coordination, and planning.
  • Proficiency in ASTA Power Project planning software.
  • Ability to stay updated on planning and building regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
