Preconstruction Manager (Contract) - Inside IR35 Basingstoke Negotiable Day Rate

We're currently seeking three experienced Preconstruction Managers to join a leading Building Solutions South team on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of construction and refurbishment projects across the region.

Location: Basingstoke • Day Rate: Negotiable (Inside IR35) • Hours: 40 per week • Contract: Ongoing

The Role

As a Preconstruction Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering preconstruction services from tender stage through to handover. You'll work closely with estimating, commercial, planning, and design teams, ensuring all preconstruction activities are effectively coordinated and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all preconstruction activities from tender issue through to project handover

• A full UK driving licence and relevant construction qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree or professional membership)
