Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the estimation team to support tender development.
• Prioritise own workload and contribute to department planning.
• Prepare financial estimates for commercial fitting out and refurbishment projects.
• Produce all estimates and reports in a standardised Excel format.
• Assist in preparation of contract documentation and tender submissions.
• Ensure tender documentation is accurately created and maintained.
• Use estimating software to perform take-offs from drawings.
• Support the team in implementing a new estimating system.
