Bouygues Energies & Services Industry, an Equans Group Company is recruiting a Pre-Construction Director to join our team. With a strong pipeline of major projects, we are expanding our leadership team and seeking a collaborative and forward-thinking individual to lead our pre-construction activities to help shape the future direction of our business in the UK.

The Pre-Construction Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our projects from inception to mobilisation and will work with a multidisciplinary team through the early stages of project development, ensuring robust planning, stakeholder engagement and innovation.
The Pre-Construction Director will lead the front-end planning and coordination of major projects, ensuring that design, commercial, and operational requirements are fully integrated before delivery begins. This role is critical to embedding safety, quality, and efficiency from concept through to mobilisation.
