Job Title: Pre-Commissioning Engineer.

We are working with a leading provider of Water Treatment services across the UK who are now seeking to take on a Pre-Commissioning Engineer to join their team in the West Midlands. The successful candidate will have experience carrying out various Pre-Commissioning duties, including BSRIA flushing on heating systems, measuring and calculating flow rates and dosing systems with correct chemicals. For the successful candidate, our client can offer opportunities for further training and development.

Experience & Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience working as a Pre-Commissioning Engineer for an established Water Treatment provider.
• Excellent practical knowledge of BSRIA / Health and Safety guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good IT skills, able to produce reports and update onsite logbooks.
• Ability to prioritise workload in line with company and client needs.

The Role

• Attending long‑standing client sites to carry out BSRIA flushing on heating systems.
• Carrying out chemical cleans on both new and existing systems.
• Backflushing client systems when required.
• Accurately measuring and calculating flow rates.
• Dosing CHW and LTHW systems with correct chemicals.
• Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with BSRIA guidelines.
• Working closely with clients to provide excellent technical support and advice.
• Using information from site to create detailed reports and update site logbooks.
