Job summary

Ribbons & Reeves are seeking Geography Teachers for pre-booked short-term and long-term placements in Tower Hamlets. Roles cover KS3 to KS5, with maternity, sabbatical and sickness cover available and opportunities for temp-to-perm through a dedicated consultant.

Competitive weekly PAYE pay is offered, with payments aligned to AWR where applicable and a strict no-umbrella policy in place. Both ECTs and experienced teachers are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• QTS required to teach Geography across KS3–KS5.
• ECTs and experienced Geography Teachers welcome.
• Strong subject knowledge across the Geography curriculum.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Confident and adaptable approach to teaching.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• DBS on Update Service or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Geography lessons and manage classes effectively.
• Establish positive relationships with students and staff.
• Deliver engaging lessons tailored to KS3–KS5.
