Job summary

Circle Health Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (Adult) to join Bishops Wood Hospital Pre-Assessment on a bank basis, with shifts as required. You will deliver direct nursing care, assess patient needs, monitor vitals, and document care in line with protocols.

Applicants must hold NMC registration and have clinical experience, with strong communication and teamwork skills. Hourly rate up to £22, bank shifts offered across the roster.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration.
• Demonstrable experience in a clinical healthcare setting.
• Good understanding of clinical governance and patient safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficient in IT systems used for patient records and care planning.
• Experience in a relevant specialty is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care in line with patient care plans and protocols.
• Assess patient needs, prioritise care, and update care plans accordingly.
• Monitor vital signs and changes in condition with clinical judgement.
• Administer medications safely according to hospital policy.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and observations.
• Ensure care complies with NMC standards and governance.
• Identify and report incidents and risks per hospital procedures.
