• Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration.
• Demonstrable experience in a clinical healthcare setting.

• Deliver direct nursing care in line with patient care plans and protocols.
• Assess patient needs, prioritise care, and update care plans accordingly.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation including assessments and observations.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families, providing information and reassurance.
• Support patients in understanding their condition and treatments.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide high-quality care.
• Identify and report incidents and safeguarding concerns in line with procedures.
