We are looking for six dynamic and driven leaders to supervise, and support our fantastic social work teams.

North East Lincolnshire is an exciting place to build your career and make a real difference for children and families. We are driving forward the next phase of our practice journey, building on significant progress while aligning our local approach with the national children’s social care reforms.

Relational, child-centred practice is at the heart of how we work, supported by strong partnerships, a stable workforce and a commitment to continuous learning, innovation and improvement.

We are ambitious about what comes next and are looking for people who share that ambition — people who want to help shape evolving services, influence practice and ensure children and families receive the right support at the right time.

If you want to be part of a forward-looking service where your ideas, experience and contribution will be valued, we would love to hear from you.

What will my day look like?

You will provide strong and decisive leadership and be responsible for the quality and impact of decisions, practice, performance and outcomes in relation to the functions for which the post holder has accountability.

Supported by a strong leadership structure and a genuine commitment to developing talent, we champion internal progression from ASYE through to Service Director, celebrating success and supporting colleagues every step of the way.

You will be empowered to thrive through regular reflective supervision, relationship-based practice, and accessible, proactive managers who create the conditions for success.

If you are an enthusiastic, ambitious and passionate leader who wants to make a lifelong difference to children’s lives and improve their outcomes, we want to hear from you.

You Can Expect
  • Regular individual and reflective case supervision
  • A relational approach in all aspects of practice
  • Accessible and proactive management that creates the conditions for leaders to flourish and make a real difference to people’s lives
  • A workplace culture that supports flexible working and the opportunity to work from home as well as a highly supportive team and working environment
