The Street Lane Practice in Leeds is seeking a motivated Practice Nurse to join our large, friendly GP practice. This full-time role is 37.5 hours per week and offers training and clinical supervision for the right candidate.

We welcome experienced nurses and those new to general practice, with emphasis on attitude, enthusiasm and learning. A supportive team and ongoing development opportunities are provided within a well-resourced setting.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Experience in general practice/primary care preferred.
• Willing to learn and develop professionally.
• Driving licence and access to a car.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient-centred care as part of the multi-disciplinary team.
• Deliver essential nursing duties within the practice setting.
• Support long-term condition management and health promotion.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and follow clinical guidelines.
