A healthcare provider in Skegness is seeking a Practice Nurse or Nurse Associate to join their friendly team. This role involves supporting Long Term Condition Management, providing childhood immunisations, and performing various health services. Ideal candidates will have experience in Primary Care and relevant qualifications. A supportive environment promotes teamwork and excellent patient care.
We are looking for a Practice Nurse or Nurse Associate (trained in General Practice) to join our small, friendly nursing team.
Working Monday to Friday, delivering care within their scope of practice to our practice population. Our Practice Nursing team deliver and assist in the provisions of treatment, preventative care, health promotion and patient education.
The main duties of the role include Long Term Condition Management, Cytology, Childhood/Routine Immunisations, Contraception and Injectables.
