A leading healthcare provider in Wales is looking for a Registered Nurse to join their busy GP practice. You will manage chronic diseases, perform immunisations, and support women's health. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' post-qualification experience and be competent in venepuncture. The role offers a dynamic work environment and competitive salary based on experience.
The candidate will work in a large, busy, modern GP Practice with a list size of 25,000 patients. The post holder will join a team of four Practice Nurses, four Health Care Support Workers and two phlebotomists providing clinical support in the areas of diabetes, respiratory, women's health and family planning, wounds, among others.
The post-holder will undertake a range of duties and responsibilities as part of a team to support the Practice in delivering care to its patients. Main duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
We are one of the largest GP practices in Wales serving over 25,500 patients across three sites. We have a great team of 7 partners, 10 salaried GPs, 6 nurses, 4 HCAs and a clinical pharmacist. We have first contact physio every day.
