What You’ll Be Doing

• Chronic disease management; diabetes, asthma, hypertension – we love a good template
• Immunisations and travel health; passport not required
• Cervical cytology – because screening saves lives!
• Wound care, leg ulcer dressings, compression and suture removal – your bandaging skills will be admired
• Health promotion and lifestyle support, yes, even for those who "don't really drink"
• Working as part of a supportive, fun, multidisciplinary team

About You

• NMC Registered Nurse, with recent primary care or transferable experience
• Practice Nurse experience essential; System One knowledge/user desirable
• A people‑person with excellent communication and clinical skills
• Calm under pressure even when someone says, "I hate needles"
• Organised, proactive, and ready to make a real difference

Salary: Band 6 £35,424.91 to £44,270.97 pro rata depending on experience.
