Job summary

Goldsworth Medical Practice is recruiting an experienced Practice Nurse to support a two-site practice with three GP partners and ~13,000 patients. The role focuses on chronic disease management, immunisations, wound care, and cervical screening, alongside general nursing duties. Hours are negotiable and informal visits are welcome.

• Current NMC registration (active or pending)
• Practice nurse experience
• Chronic disease management experience
• Immunisation delivery exp and Cervical screening exposure

Responsibilities

• General practice nursing across two sites
• Manage chronic diseases and patient care plans
• Administer immunisations and vaccinations
• Perform cervical screening procedures
• Provide wound care
• Carry out general nursing duties
