We’re seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Practice Nurse / Registered General Nurse to join our friendly, patient-focused GP surgery team. Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Chronic Disease Management: Monitor, review, and support patients with conditions such as diabetes, asthma, COPD, and cardiovascular disease.
• Health Screening & Preventive Care: Conduct NHS health checks, cervical cytology, blood pressure monitoring, and other screening programmes.
• Immunisations & Vaccinations: Administer adult and child vaccines, including seasonal flu, travel, and routine immunisations.
• Wound Care & Minor Procedures: Provide wound assessment, dressing changes, suture removal, and assist with minor clinical procedures.
• Patient Education & Lifestyle Advice: Deliver guidance on nutrition, smoking cessation, sexual health, and general wellbeing.
• Clinical Administration & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, timely documentation in line with practice and NMC standards; manage recalls and ensure compliance with policies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with GPs, practice staff, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless, patient‑centred care.
