Practice Nurse (Part-Time Up to 3 Days per Week) Tadworth Medical Centre, Surrey
Are you an experienced and motivated Practice Nurse looking for a role where you can truly make a difference? Tadworth Medical Centre is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic experienced practice nurse to join our friendly, supportive, and forward-thinking team, delivering high-quality care to a patient population of approximately 10,000.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established GMS practice where your skills will be valued, your ideas welcomed, and your professional development supported. You will play a key role in providing comprehensive, patient-centred care while working collaboratively with GPs and the wider primary healthcare team.
The successful candidate will deliver a full range of general practice nursing services, including the management of long-term conditions such as asthma, COPD, and diabetes. You will also be qualified in childhood and adult immunisations, travel health services, cervical screening, wound care, and health promotion clinics as well as spirometry and supporting patients to make positive lifestyle changes.
You will be expected to provide holistic care, maintain accurate clinical records in line with standards set by the Nursing and Midwifery Council, and contribute to the ongoing development of clinical services within the practice. The role also involves participating in clinical governance, maintaining infection control standards, supporting colleagues, and engaging in continuous professional development.
We are looking for a nurse with previous general practice experience who is confident, compassionate, and committed to delivering excellent patient care. You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to your work.
In return, Tadworth Medical Centre offers a welcoming and collaborative working environment, opportunities for training and development, and the chance to be part of a team that is dedicated to providing the highest standard of care to its patients.
If you are looking for a rewarding role in a supportive practice where you can grow professionally and make a real impact, we would be delighted to hear from you.
