Weare looking for an enthusiastic team player to join the nurses team at ParksideFamily Practice. We are a very friendly, 2 site practice inBerkshire.(Buckinghamshire Oxfordshire and Berkshire ICB).We have over 17,500patients and need someone who is keen to take on an active Nurse role.
Weare a training practice and high QoF achievers.
The applicant will need to be able to practice independently in accordance with all protocols and procedures and referring to a GP when needed.
Be up to date with all aspects of nursing including complex wound control, diabetes care, health promotion, Cytology, childhood immunisations and all treatment room duties.
We are a busy local practice based at two sites, one in Woodley and the other in Earley. We have three partners and six salaried GP's as well as a strong nursing team including HCA's, pharmacists, trainee GP's, and a reception and administration team.
We have regular meetings with a proactive management team as well as social functions in the year.
