A well-established healthcare practice in Nottingham is seeking an enthusiastic Practice Nurse to provide high-quality care and manage chronic conditions. This part-time role involves working closely with a supportive multi-disciplinary team, offering a collaborative work environment. We are a well-established practice working across 2 siteswith a list size of over 18,000 patients and we are looking to recruit anenthusiastic and dedicated Practice Nurse to complement our friendly and dynamicteam. The salary is dependent on experience (equivalent to AfC pay band 5-6). NHS Pension Scheme available.

The successful candidate will help ensure a high standard of care for all our patients, with particular focus on the management of long-term conditions. While the practice is highly supportive of professional development opportunities, we are seeking someone with primary care experience who can truly hit the ground running.
This is a permanent, part-time position (2530 hours per week) offering a wonderful working atmosphere within a friendly and supportive team. Our forward-thinking, multi-disciplinary team includes GPs, Pharmacists, Nurses, HCAs, and Phlebotomists, all supported by a strong administrative team.
We are a busy GP training practice operating across two sites in the former mining town of Eastwood. Although we are a large practice, we pride ourselves on maintaining a welcoming and collaborative environment being a team player is absolutely essential to us.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Practice Nurse to join our friendly, forward-thinking team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality nursing care as part of our multidisciplinary team, supporting our registered patient population across both practice sites.
Key areas of responsibility include chronic disease management (such as asthma, COPD, diabetes, and hypertension), health promotion and disease prevention, immunisations, wound care, and well-being clinics. You will also contribute to clinical governance, helping review and implement policies and procedures to maintain safe and effective care.
This role offers the opportunity to work independently while being fully supported by a collaborative team of GPs, pharmacists, nurses, HCAs, and administrative staff. We are looking for someone with primary care experience who can make a real contribution from day one and who shares our commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
