NTGP has a fantastic opportunity for a Practice Nurse to join our multi-disciplinary team.

The position will require sessions from both locations (on different days). We are flexible with sessions available, and the days can be negotiated to suit you, the team & patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical services to our patient population, managing a caseload and dealing with a wide range of health needs.
• Deliver care face‑to‑face, via telephone consultations and home visits.
• Act autonomously within your professional scope of practice.
• Support and be supported by the wide range of clinical and non‑clinical teams within the practice.

About the Practice

We are a large forward‑thinking practice of 15,000 patients, located in North Trafford, with two sites: Chester Road and Seymour Grove. The team consists of 3 GP Partners, 8 salaried GPs, 2 Physician Associates, 2 Pharmacists, 6 nurses, and over 30 non‑clinical staff managed by the Business Manager. Our practices have been rated "Good" by CQC, and we take pride in delivering quality care and providing robust training and personal development.

We use EMIS Web and DOCMAN as our clinical system, along with Ask My GP to provide a digital platform to our patients.
