Job summary

Omnes Healthcare is seeking a Practice Nurse to join a GP practice team delivering NHS primary care services. The role involves assessment, screening and treatment, advice on general health and minor ailments, and referral to GPs when needed.

You will work with multidisciplinary staff, with full-time or part-time hours available. Current NMC registration is required and primary care nursing experience is desirable.
