Oakwood Lane Medical Practice is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join our friendly team on a part-time basis. We require General Practice Nursing experience across Long Term Conditions and diabetic care, with 16-20 hours across Mondays and Tuesdays.
You will work with our Lead Nurse, two other Practice Nurses, Healthcare Assistants and a Phlebotomist to deliver patient-centred care. We value initiative, high standards and the ability to work autonomously in a busy GP setting.

We are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse to join our friendly and dedicated Nurse team in a part-time role. The Team is led by an empathetic and skilled Lead Nurse alongside two other Practice Nurses, two Healthcare Assistants and a Phlebotomist.
We are looking for someone with General Practice Nursing experience, ideally across all areas of Long Term Conditions but secure knowledge and support for diabetic patients is essential. If you are still working towards Diabetes as part of your ongoing development, we'd be happy to support your final stages of sign-off to competency.
We are looking for 16-20 hours per week across Mondays and Tuesdays.
