A modern general practice in Greater London seeks an experienced RGN to provide high-standard nursing care. Responsibilities include managing chronic conditions, conducting health screenings, and supporting patient education. Ideal candidates should have strong clinical skills, a caring attitude, and experience in general practice nursing. The role requires minimum three years of post-registration experience. To provide and maintain a high standard of nursing care for patients, as well as providing nursing assistance to the doctors and other members of the primary healthcare team. The duties will include all tasks normally undertaken by an experienced RGN and any additional roles agreed between the nurse and the doctors as appropriate, having regard to current training. Working in accordance with the NMC Code of Conduct, the post-holder will provide assessment, treatment, screening, health education services and advice to patients.
The post-holder will work with reference to practice agreed protocols and guidelines, providing nursing treatments to patients both independently and in participation with nurse colleagues and general practitioners.

Harford Health Centre is located in a purpose built health centre building. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward thinking modern General Practice. We are a busy practice, with a list size of 10000 patients which will be increasing over the coming years as new residences are built in our locality.
Responsibilities including:
Providing treatment and preventative care
Conducting health screening and patient education
Managing chronic disease clinics
Delivering an effective, high-quality and patient-centred service
We are seeking someone who:
Possesses strong clinical skills and a quality-driven approach
Has previous experience in General Practice
Is competent in general treatment room procedures and chronic disease management
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
