Job summary

Job summary

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and motivated Practice Nurse to join our friendly multidisciplinary team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse, to play a key role in delivering high quality clinical services to our patients.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will work closely with an established Nurse team, GP's, healthcare assistants and the wider practice team to provide evidence based nursing care and support the management of both acute and long term conditions.

The role will involve providing a range of general practice nursing services, including health checks, chronic disease management, child and adult immunisations, travel vaccinations, wound care, compression dressings, cervical screening and other clinical duties appropriate to your experience and training.
