A healthcare practice in London seeks an experienced Practice Nurse. The role involves delivering a range of nursing services to a growing patient population. Candidates should have UK NMC registration and skills in managing long term conditions and practice nursing duties. All Saints Medical Centre is a highly rated General Practice in Plumstead, South East London and we are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse who can offer a full range of nursing services to our 6k+ practice population. In addition to smears, children immunisations and contraception, we need someone with experience of either managing long term conditions or conducting annual reviews. This permanent position is available on a part‑time basis (2 days per week). Interest or experience in supervising trainee nurses is a plus but it is not essential.
Routine Practice Nursing e.g.,
Our practice team consists of GPs, GP registrars, Nurses, Clinical Pharmacist, Physician Associate, Physiotherapist, Advanced MHP, Live well coach, Social Prescriber, QOF Manager, Administrators and receptionists.
We are Training Practice for GP registrars.
CQC rating as Good.
High QOF Achieving practice.
Purpose built premises with Parking.
