You will work closely with the senior leadership team to support the non-clinical, operational, and strategic running of the practice. The successful candidate will bring strong business management experience and a proactive, solutions focused approach.

While veterinary experience is not essential, an understanding of the sector would be advantageous in navigating the unique challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Will include supporting the Clinical Directors with operational management, analysing performance data
• Managing payroll and financial administration
• Overseeing supplier and facility management
• Coordinating major refurbishment and redevelopment projects planned over the next 18 to 24 months.
• The role will also involve managing IT systems, ensuring the smooth running of practice management software
• Handling client feedback to continuously enhance service quality.
