Our clinic based in Hook seeks an enthusiastic and confident Practice Manager to join the team!

As our Practice Manager, you'll play a vital role in both the operational and business aspects of the practice, ensuring exceptional client and patient care.

Supported by our Clinical Director and Deputy Clinical Director, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supporting the practice team - fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
• Handling HR responsibilities, including payroll, recruitment, staff development, and absence management.
• Managing debt recovering processes and addressing client complaints professionally.
• Ensuring high safety compliance, supporting the team with protocols and risk assessments.

Hook Vets is a thriving practice, which has expanded over the last 2 years and has exciting plans for the future. The practice is located in a small town in Hampshire with excellent road and rail links. We are situated within 5 minute drive of the M3, J5, and 3 minute walk from Hook station, which is on the mainline to London Waterloo/ Southampton Central. We have a very loyal client base, with over 70% on our pet health club.

The practice is well equipped with digital x‑ray, dental x‑ray, Esaote MyLabX7 ultrasound, K‑Laser and in house IDEXX lab. We are currently planning our move to a new purpose‑built building.
