If youre a patient-focused Practice Manager looking for a rewarding role in a friendly and professional environment look no further than Donovans Dental Practice in Petworth.

• Full time ours
• Monday to Thursday 9-5.30pm Friday 8-4pm
• Competitive salary from 17 per hour
• 3 surgery private practice specialising in a range of treatments

Please note there is not parking on site.

About you

Wed love to receive your application to our Practice Manager vacancy if you have the following skills and experience :

• A healthcare retail hospitality or similar service-focused background - experience managing a dental practice or strong leadership experience as a lead dental nurse is an added bonus but not essential
• Passionate about delivering great service
• Leading and supporting colleagues to perform at their best
• Experience working with financials (P&L KPIs budgets)
• Focused on delivering operational excellence : from fully-functioning equipment and facilities to a compliant process-driven practice team
