Job summary

Medmatch is seeking a Practice Manager for a family-run dental group near Bedford. You will lead HR, drive team performance and uphold operational standards across two nearby practices, ensuring excellent patient care and smooth daily operations.

The role is full-time with an immediate start. Salary up to £35,000 per annum DOE, with a bonus for strong leadership and HR expertise. Dental nursing experience is a bonus but not essential; free on-site parking is available.

• Ability to oversee multiple sites and maintain high standards.
