With a growing patient list and a committed multidisciplinary team, we are now seeking a dynamic, strategic and experienced Practice Manager to lead our operations and help shape the next chapter of our Practice’s success.
Reporting directly to the Partners and supported by an excellent senior leadership team, the Practice Manager will lead on all aspects of practice operations, premises, governance, finance and compliance. You will be responsible for supporting and motivating our talented team, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day running across all sites, and maintaining outstanding standards of patient care.
This is a central leadership role at the heart of our organisation – ideal for someone who combines strategic vision with hands‑on operational excellence.
You’ll be an experienced leader with excellent organisational and communication skills, comfortable managing complex operational and strategic priorities. You will bring enthusiasm, emotional intelligence, and a genuine passion for supporting both staff and patients.
