With a growing patient list and a committed multidisciplinary team, we are now seeking a dynamic, strategic and experienced Practice Manager to lead our operations and help shape the next chapter of our Practice’s success.

The Role:

Reporting directly to the Partners and supported by an excellent senior leadership team, the Practice Manager will lead on all aspects of practice operations, premises, governance, finance and compliance. You will be responsible for supporting and motivating our talented team, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day running across all sites, and maintaining outstanding standards of patient care.
This is a central leadership role at the heart of our organisation – ideal for someone who combines strategic vision with hands‑on operational excellence.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing day‑to‑day operations across our three sites, alongside the Operations Manager.
  Leading and supporting the management and administrative teams.
  Driving quality improvement, governance, and regulatory compliance (including CQC).
  Managing HR processes, recruitment, and staff development.
  Supporting financial management and budget oversight alongside the Finance Manager.
  Ensuring patient services and experience remain at the heart of all operations.
  Acting as the focal point for external organisations including the ICB, NHSE, and the PCN.
  Act as Senior Information Officer, implementing systems to ensure legal and data protection compliance (DPA18 & UK GDPR).
  Promoting the practice’s values of teamwork, honesty and integrity, personal development and kindness and compassion.

About You:

You’ll be an experienced leader with excellent organisational and communication skills, comfortable managing complex operational and strategic priorities. You will bring enthusiasm, emotional intelligence, and a genuine passion for supporting both staff and patients.

Essential attributes include:

• A strong background in people management and HR.
  Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
  Experience within a healthcare, NHS or general practice setting.
  Excellent IT, organisational, and problem‑solving skills.
  The ability to work flexibly, prioritise effectively and remain calm under pressure.
  A collaborative and compassionate leadership style.
  Full UK driving licence

Desirable attributes:

• Educated to degree level in healthcare, business, or management.
  AMSPAR or equivalent management qualification.
  Associate or Member of the Institute of General Practice Management (IGPM).
