A local medical practice in Birmingham seeks an enthusiastic Practice Manager to lead operations with the GP Partners, drive positive change, and enhance patient care. Responsibilities include recruitment, financial oversight, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong HR and business skills and proven experience in a GP Surgery setting. This role presents an opportunity to be instrumental in the practice's future success.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Practice Manager who will help lead the practice with the GP Partners to drive change and improve patient care.
The ideal candidate would be an experienced Manager with strong HR and business acumen who can drive positive change and growth whilst collaborating closely with our experienced and dedicated team.
The Practice Manager will oversee the administrative and business functions of the practice. The appointed individual will be a vital part of our plans for the future.
Duties will include:-
Recruitment, training and supervising administrative staff.
Setting goals and ensuring the practice achieves it's financial objective.
Overseeing finances including budgets, billing, claims and payroll.
Addressing patient complaints an concerns.
Maintaining health and Safety regulations.
Meeting targets such as QOF, delivering enhanced and local services required.
Ensuring governance arrangements are in place for the practice.
Our practice, which comprises of six partners, has a history of exceptional Doctor retention, with many practitioners having spent their entire career with us.
We have a 16,200 patient list size, we are a Training Practice, Safe Surgery, CQC rated good and operate a Total Triage Appointment System.
The ideal candidate would be an experienced Manager with strong HR and business acumen who can drive positive change and growth whilst collaborating closely with our experienced and dedicated practice team.
