Job summary

Adapt 365 is seeking a Practice Lead to head up a new delivery engine for Copilot, AI and Power Platform-based solutions in the UK. You will own end-to-end delivery, shape the practice, and partner with senior leadership on strategic decisions.

This is a senior, high-visibility role with room to grow as the practice scales. You will manage delivery revenue, team utilisation, and client relationships while defining delivery standards and governance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on background delivering Copilot and AI-enabled solutions with Power Platform support.
• Experience managing team utilisation and revenue in a Microsoft delivery practice.
• Comfortable owning senior client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
• Role suitable for someone at Lead level or Architect level ready to step up.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Copilot, AI and Power Platform solutions, including scoping, development oversight, training and governance.
• Manage revenue and utilisation across the delivery team to meet client expectations.
• Sit on the client steering committee and manage senior stakeholder relationships.
• Act as primary escalation point for delivery issues and risk management.
• Build, lead and develop a team of AI consultants and architects.
• Track and improve delivery throughput using AI insights.

Practice Lead – Microsoft Copilot, AI & Power Platform

Up to £110k

One of the UK's fast-growing Microsoft AI enablement consultancies is looking for a Practice Lead to head up a newly established delivery engine for a major enterprise client, built around Copilot, AI and Power Platform-led delivery.

It's a newly created role on a programme-level engagement spanning multiple areas of a large client group, with real scope to shape how delivery works from the ground up - not stepping into something already fixed in place.

What you'll be doing

• Owning end-to-end delivery of Copilot, AI and Power Platform-based solutions: scoping, development oversight, training, adoption, change management and governance
• Managing revenue and utilisation across the delivery team
• Sitting on the client steering committee, owning the senior stakeholder relationship
• Acting as the primary escalation point for delivery issues
• Building, leading and developing a team of AI Consultants and Architects
• Tracking and improving delivery throughput through the use of AI

What we're looking for

• Hands-on background in Copilot and AI-enabled solution delivery, with strong supporting Power Platform experience, within a Microsoft partner or consultancy environment
• Proven experience managing team utilisation and revenue within a Microsoft delivery practice
• Comfortable owning senior client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
• This could suit someone already at Lead level, or someone at Architect level ready to step up
