Job summary

Adapt 365 seeks a Practice Lead to head a newly created delivery engine for Copilot, AI and Power Platform on a major enterprise engagement. The role offers broad scope to shape delivery, governance and team structure from the ground up within a growing Microsoft-focused consultancy.

You will own end-to-end delivery, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and drive adoption and change management. Strong leadership in a fast-moving AI-enabled environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Copilot and AI-enabled solution delivery with Power Platform.
• Experience managing team utilisation and revenue in a Microsoft delivery practice.
• Comfortable owning senior client relationships as a trusted advisor.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Copilot, AI and Power Platform-based solutions: scoping, development oversight, training, adoption, change management and governance.
• Manage revenue and utilisation across the delivery team.
• Sit on the client steering committee, owning the senior stakeholder relationship.
• Act as the primary escalation point for delivery issues.
• Build, lead and develop a team of AI Consultants and Architects.
• Track and improve delivery throughput through AI.

Practice Lead – Microsoft Copilot, AI & Power Platform

Up to £110k

One of the UK's fast-growing Microsoft AI enablement consultancies is looking for a Practice Lead to head up a newly established delivery engine for a major enterprise client, built around Copilot, AI and Power Platform-led delivery.

It's a newly created role on a programme-level engagement spanning multiple areas of a large client group, with real scope to shape how delivery works from the ground up - not stepping into something already fixed in place.

What you'll be doing

• Owning end-to-end delivery of Copilot, AI and Power Platform-based solutions: scoping, development oversight, training, adoption, change management and governance

• Sitting on the client steering committee, owning the senior stakeholder relationship
• Acting as the primary escalation point for delivery issues

What we're looking for

• Hands-on background in Copilot and AI-enabled solution delivery, with strong supporting Power Platform experience, within a Microsoft partner or consultancy environment
• Proven experience managing team utilisation and revenue within a Microsoft delivery practice
• Comfortable owning senior client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
• This could suit someone already at Lead level, or someone at Architect level ready to step up
