The End of Life Partnership is seeking a Sessional Practice Educator Facilitator (AfC Band 6) to help shape the future of end of life care across Cheshire and the surrounding areas. The role offers flexible sessional work with a mix of face-to-face and online delivery, and opportunities for home working.
You will draw on experience in education, facilitation or workforce development to deliver engaging learning experiences, support reflection and practice development, and build confidence in

Join The End of Life Partnership as a Sessional Practice Educator Facilitator (AfC Band 6) and help develop the confidence, knowledge and skills of health and care professionals across Cheshire and beyond.
We are seeking confident educators to join our sessional team to develop and inspire the end of life care workforce.
- Deliver engaging learning experiences
- Facilitate reflection and practice development
- Build confidence in compassionate care
- Support service improvement
This is a flexible, sessional role, working across Cheshire and the surrounding areas. There will be a mixture of face to face and online delivery, offering opportunities for home working.
We are looking for people with experience in education, facilitation or workforce development, with the skills to deliver online and face to face education in one or more of the following areas:
- Clinical Skills for End of Life Care
- Delivery of education and training focused on improving end of life care
