A leading veterinary group in the UK is seeking an experienced Practice Director to oversee operations and financial performance at their Melrose locations. You will lead a team to ensure high-quality patient and client care while enhancing the overall experience for clients and associates. This full-time position offers competitive benefits and opportunities for career advancement with a focus on professional development.
Role: Practice Director
Location: Greenside & Hawick Veterinary Group - Melrose, Jedburgh, and Hawick
Salary: Up to £55,000/per year (Dependent on experience)
Working hours: Full time, 40 hours per week
Are you an inspiring operational leader ready to make an impact on a thriving, progressive veterinary group? Greenside & Hawick, our veterinary practices in the heart of the Scottish borders, are the cornerstone of both small animal and farm animal care. Here we deliver a broad, high-quality service across the Borders, rooted in community care, clinical innovation, and compassionate service.
We are now looking for a dynamic people and business leader to develop our local strategy, elevate communication and leadership across the group and continue to enhance every aspect of the experience for our clients, pets and associates.
Greenside & Hawick are part of Linnaeus and Mars Veterinary Health, the largest family-owned veterinary company in the world. Being privately owned, we can truly be driven by our purpose, to create a better world, and think long-term as opposed to being focused solely on short-term profits.
At Linnaeus, A BETTER WORLD FOR PETS starts with a better world for our people. Our Associates are over 6000 strong and empowered to speak up, step up and deliver quality services. You’ll have access to a huge network of specialists, worldwide development opportunities and an easily accessible, comprehensive wellbeing package that prioritises your physical and mental health, allowing you to focus on what you do best - care for pets.
We are committed to fostering a culture that is inclusive and diverse, we care about you and want you to be authentic, with everything you need to perform at your best. We are all individual but two important things bring us together: a commitment to excellence and our passion to achieve our purpose.
