An established healthcare organization is seeking an innovative Registered Nurse to join their Clinical Education and Practice Development team in Reading. This role involves supporting new HCAs and CSWs in clinical practice, delivering educational sessions, and ensuring compliance with Care Certificate requirements. Applicants will require exceptional organisational skills, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests and demands.
