Practice Development Facilitator (Social Care Manager)

Location: 13 Queens Walk, Edinburgh, EH16 4EA

Salary: £38,064 Per Annum (FTE) plus generous benefits package.

Our teams support individuals, families, and communities to maximise their potential and achieve the best possible quality of life.

Successful candidates will provide training and support for teams to learn how to use the tools, processes, and procedures required to do their job including: support planning, quality improvement, activity planning, and recruitment. You will model work practices consistent with a common set of person-centred behaviours and work with teams to develop and embed effective person-centred support practices. Alongside a team coach you will support teams to work autonomously and make decisions within a clear framework of accountability. You will be skilled in question driven coaching approaches, designing person-centred support strategies and have experience of supporting teams to build capacity to work autonomously.

The work you do to support teams will result in the people we support achieving the things that matter most to them in their lives.
