We are recruiting for a Practice Development Facilitator who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients. This is a dual role to 22.5 hrs/week Band 7 Nurse in Charge and 15 hrs/week Practice Development Facilitator. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with team members to support the training, development, and competency progression of ED staff across all levels, from newly recruited Band 5 Registered Nurses to Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) and Clinical Support Workers. You will provide expert guidance based on your experience in caring for critically ill or emergency patients. You will play an integral role in the educational development team, supporting staff in delivering high-quality patient care while promoting continuous professional development.
