Job Summary

Were looking for an exceptional Practice Business Manager to join our leadership team, someone who combines strategic vision with operational precision, and who brings energy, innovation and a passion for quality.

What You’ll Do
  • Play a vital leadership role in the practice, overarching clinical and non-clinical teams and directly supporting the partnership.
  • Lead and inspire a diverse non-clinical team with a progressive, people-centred leadership style.
  • Be responsible for the seamless interface between clinical and non-clinical activity and teams in the practice.
  • Drive quality, compliance and governance, ensuring we meet and exceed CQC standards and national frameworks.
  • Oversee practice operations across three sites ensuring efficient systems, patient access and a positive experience for all.
  • Embed robust financial structures and provide clear, insightful reporting to the Partners.
  • Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and a values-driven culture across the organisation.
  • Ensure compliance with QOF, Enhanced Services and LCSs, optimising performance and income.
  • Stay ahead of national developments, particularly the NHS Long Term Plan, and help the practice adapt for the future.
  • Work collaboratively with our PCN, ICB, and local stakeholders to strengthen our place in the community.
